Trading System!

After what feels like a massive amount of work, the Trading System is finally in place!

Now, the player can purchase or sell various goods from the space stations. Screenshots follow.

Progression System - Part II

Ship upgrades are in place!

Now, the player can purchase Engine (speed), Shield, Shield Regen and Hull upgrades from any shipyard. The following are screenshots of the menu as it was being built:

Phew - Parallax..


After having a friend test the game in its current state, I received some feedback that suggested adding some more depth to the background would be a good idea, as it currently feels a bit weird to drift around with a static background.

Farley 2000 - 2D Space Sim project.

My current project, nicknamed 'Farley 2000' in honor of the workmate that inspired the idea, is a 2D, Side-On, Space sim kinda game being made in the Unity 3D game engine.
